We deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, and SE Queensland.  

All our home delivered fitness meals are packed in a Styrofoam or specially insulated cardboard box, to ensure the highest quality product on your doorstep!  These boxes will hold temperature for up to 8 hours even if you aren't home.

Fit Foods Club delivers throughout your designated day.

We require your Authority to Leave for all shipments (you will need to select this at checkout). If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the meals as specified in your shipping instructions.

If no instructions have been given, our couriers will leave the meals at their discretion. Please ensure that specific delivery instructions are added to the notes field, when supplying your address.

If deliveries fall on a Public Holiday and the meals need to be delivered to an alternative address (eg. not your work address), our customer service team will need to be advised by emailing [email protected] before the Order Cutoff date.

Shipping costs are FREE to metro areas within the above regions.  Delivery days each week are listed below:

Sydney Metro: Thursdays;
Melbourne Metro: Thursdays;
Brisbane Metro: Tuesday;
Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: Tuesday;

Order Cut-off: Thursdays Midnight
