What is Fit Foods Club?

At Fit Foods Club we make healthy eating easy. We offer nutritionist-approved health and fitness meal plans for weight loss, toning up and muscle building delivered directly to your door.

Great nutrition is critically important to transforming your body and achieving your goals. Our weekly subscription service delivers complete meal plans to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Plus, they give you more time to do what you love by taking care of shopping, cooking, cleaning and working out your nutritional needs.

Our convenient service helps you achieve your goals faster, whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or simply eat healthier. We also portion-control your meals and calories so you don’t have to worry whether your eating habits are matching your fitness goals.

Delivery FAQs

When is my first box scheduled to arrive?

After you sign up, we’ll schedule your delivery for the next week (provided you subscribed before the weekly cut-off time). Please visit the Delivery Information page to see the dates we deliver to your area.

What days can you deliver?

We deliver on weekdays throughout the day. Please refer to our delivery information page for more information.

What’s in my Fit Foods Club delivery?

Your box will include either 15 or 19 core meals depending on the meal plans you’ve selected. If you’ve asked for breakfast and snack options, they will also be included.

Please note you can easily change your meal plans and added extras every week by going to your account.

Do I need to be home to sign for my package?

No. However, we require authority to leave for all shipments. Our couriers will follow your specific delivery instructions. Some of our customers ask us to leave their Fit Foods Club box at the front door, while others prefer we take the box to a neighbour’s house or leave it with their building’s doorman.

How are my meals delivered?

We’ll deliver your meals in a double insulated recyclable box with ice. This keeps them frozen for approximately 10 hours in a shaded area. We recommend you put your meals in the freezer within this timeframe. DO NOT consume the meals if they are thawed.

What time should I expect my delivery to arrive?

Delivery times will vary depending on your postcode. Please check your area’s your area’s delivery day on the orange side bar. Your order will generally arrive at approximately the same time every week.

I live in a secured apartment. Can I still get my deliveries?

Yes! Please leave detailed delivery instructions during checkout so our courier knows how best to make sure you get your Fit Foods Club box.


Subscription FAQs

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes! We’ll send you weekly deliveries, but there is no minimum commitment date. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly payment date.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

No! You can pause, skip, postpone or cancel at any time. Please note, you will need to cancel or pause before your weekly payment date.


Account FAQs

What is the cut-off date to skip a week, put my deliveries on hold, or cancel?

Because we plan our meal plans in advance, we require a week’s notice to change your regular order. You will need to pause or cancel your subscription before the weekly payment date. You can view this in your account.

How do I change or cancel an existing order?

There are a few ways you can make changes to your existing Fit Foods Club order, depending on what you want to change. Here are the most common changes and how to go about making them:

  • Editing the contents of your existing order – go to the “My Order” tab to make changes to your existing order, such as adding, removing packages or swapping packages.
  • Changing your delivery date – please send an email to [email protected] before the cut off deadline.
  • Changing your shipping address – please go to “My Account” before the cut-off date or contact us on [email protected]
  • Cancelling an existing order – please visit the “My Account” tab.

How do I change the billing information on my account?

You can easily make changes to your billing information by visiting the “Payment Details” tab on your account page, including adding and/or editing your existing information or confirming your payment details are correct.

Can I schedule orders every fortnight instead of weekly?

Yes! Once you’ve subscribed you’ll get the option to postpone, cancel or change your subscription service.

What is the order cut off time?

Orders must be made before the cut-off time to ensure delivery for that week. If you’ve missed the cut off, please call us on (02) 6190 0411 –we’ll try to organise an order for you.


Product FAQs

Want to know how seriously we take our food?

At Fit Foods, we adhere to only the very highest food standards. Our wholefood ingredients are all hand picked, we try to use organic free-range meats where possible and do not use any hormones or preservatives. All of our natural ingredients and produce are citrus-washed rather than chemically cleaned.

All our meals are chef-crafted and approved by nutritionists. We do not use:

  • Any artificial additives, including preservatives, flavouring or colouring or MSG
  • All our products are low on sodium and we eliminate any excess salts
  • Processed foods or machine made meats.

Our dedicated Quality Assurance team operates on a stringent Food Safety program with regular in house microbiological testing. Which involves a multitude of tests that require we have a major focus on food safety protocols.

We also comply with:

  • Woolworths Quality Assurance (WQA) requirements, which allows our food to be sold in retail stores
  • The Food Standard Australia New Zealand Authority
  • Systematic Hazard Analysis and Critical Points (HACCP) approaches

Do my meals come frozen?

Our meals are snap frozen at their optimal freshness to maintain their flavour, nutritional value and quality. This also ensures they taste just as good at the end of the week as the start of the week, and lets you heat and consume your meal in minutes.

Snap freezing our meals means they’re more cost-effective to produce and transport, so we can pass the savings down to you. Meaning you can eat a delicious and nutritious restaurant quality meal at home.

How do I heat my food?

We include full cooking instructions with every meal, but generally we recommend you defrost your chosen meals for the next day overnight and microwave it according to our instructions on your meal box. You’ll have a delicious, healthy and nutritionally balanced meal within minutes.

I have allergies

We are unable to cater for anyone with severe allergies. We advise those with severe allergies do not order meals from Fit Foods Club as we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of particular ingredients.

DISCLAIMER: Prior to consuming any products from Fit Foods Club it is important to note that we make a variety of dishes in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee our products are completely free from any allergen such as milk, nuts, egg, sesame seeds, fish, crustaceans, soy, sulphates.

If you have a life threatening allergy it is advisable you do not purchase meals from Fit Foods Club, as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients from our products.

Are your meals suitable for gluten-free and lactose-free diets?

Currently our normal meal plans which include meats are not completely gluten-free, however, they are lactose-free. Our vegan range is completely gluten-free and diary-free.

Are your meals suitable for halal diets?

Unfortunately our meals are not halal-certified. But we plan on introducing this in the near future.

Do you cater for vegans?

Yes! We have launched a delicious and high protein Vegan Range and you can view it on the “Our Meals” page.

Do I have to cook any of my meals?

Our meals are designed for your extreme convenience! Because they’re blast chilled, frozen and delivered to your door, it’s not necessary to cook them. Simply defrost and pop in your microwave for a delicious meal in minutes – at work or home.

Who cooks my meals?

Meals are cooked and prepared by qualified chefs and catering staff within a fully certified kitchen. All our ingredients are sourced and made in Australia.

How should I store my meals/How long can I keep them for?

Meals should be stored away in your freezer as soon as you receive them on the delivery day. Keep your meals frozen. You may choose to defrost them overnight for the coming day. Do not keep meals defrosted for longer than 3 days.

Can I customise my order?

Unfortunately no. Our meal plans are set and varied each week to keep things fun and different so you don’t get bored of the same food every week. For this reason, we’re unable to create individualised orders.

What if I am still hungry?

We provide you with 3 daily meals and suggestions/options for breakfast and snacks. With this in mind, we highly recommend you also use supplements to boost your results/goals and combat hunger. Once you’ve subscribed, we’ll email a detailed meal guide for you to follow and refer to. You can also ask advice from your personal trainer or health professional.

How do your meal plans work?

We recommend clients eat 4 meals per day in addition to protein shakes, supplements and snacks. We provide 3 core meals and offer breakfast and snacks as additional packages. When you sign up, we’ll also email you specific instructions and a guide to your diet.

Is there any specific order I should eat my meals?

No! Eat whatever you feel like first!

Which plan should I choose?

We’ve designed meal plans for different health and fitness goals. If you’re unsure which is best for you, we recommend you speak to your personal trainer or seek professional advice. Our plans are easy to upgrade/ downgrade if you feel you’re getting too little or too much to eat – simply go to your account page to make changes to your order.

Will I be able to see what I’m getting to eat every week, prior to delivery?

We believe healthy eating should be fun, so we’ll surprise you with high quality meals every week so you’ll never get bored. Let us take you on a fit food journey of discovery.

Why do I receive exactly 15 or 19 meals?

We deliver 15 meals a week for our 5 day plans. These leave some room for you to indulge yourself on the weekends. For our 7 day plans, we deliver 3 daily meals with 2 substitute cheat meals per week, where we encourage you to eat out as a special treat. Spoil yourself on your cheat meals but not too much – it’s always good to have your cheat meal on a day you exercise.


Payment FAQs

How do I pay for my meals?

We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards. You will be billed weekly on the same day of the week you signed up.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card details on your website?

Yes. We understand that the safety of your personal information is of utmost importance to you. We use various electronic and physical security measures to ensure your data is protected from unauthorised access. Fit Foods Club uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest shopping experience possible. SSL technology is used to encrypt sensitive information when transactions take place, such as passwords and credit card numbers.

When will I be charged?

Your card is charged the same day of the week you signed up on. You can check your payment date in your account.
